REFUNDS ON SALES ITEMS/ORDERS WITH DISCOUNT CODES

All items purchased with a discount code or during a sale period are FINAL SALE.

REFUNDS ON SINGLES ORDERS

All singles orders are final sale and cannot be refunded.

REFUNDS ON PRE ORDERS

All pre orders are subject to a 10% restocking fee when refunding to the original form of payment. Pre orders can be cancelled in full to store credit.

WE DO NOT CANCEL PRE ORDER ITEMS DURING RELEASE WEEK. 

REFUNDS ON REGULAR PRICED ORDERS

All items can be refunded back onto original form of payment as long as the order has not been fulfilled or processed. Once your order has been fulfilled, your order can no longer be cancelled/altered.

RETURNS

At this time, we do not accept returns on TCG product, sports cards, opened product, product with manufacturing defects.

For all other items, please contact support to request a return within 7 days of delivery. All postage costs are up to the customer for return.

 

DAMAGED PRODUCT/MISSING ITEMS

If you receive a damaged/missing products, you are required to notify us by email at support@hobbiesville.com within 24 hours of the product being delivered.  

Please note, there will be no refunds on ripped boxes. 

This is a common issue as items are shipped directly to us from Pokemon and other manufactures. This is not a reason for a refund, store credit or exchange.  

PRICE ADJUSTMENTS

We do not offer price adjustments on products during sales periods. 

If our price drops before your item ships, we will offer a price adjustment in the form of a store credit.

All Policies are subject to change at anytime without notice. 

Store credit is non transferable. 

There are no exceptions to policies.
