Processing Times Update

Due to the current volume of orders we are seeing, orders are processing in up to 5 business days! Please note, Canada Post orders are scanned only once they reach the sorting depot - as they are not directly scanned when dropped off at Canada Post. This is due to the volume that are being dropped off. Please allow an additional day to see the scan! Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Currently there is an issue with Shopify thinking all of our tracking numbers are fedex. We recommend using the tracking inside the order email to properly track your items. If you see a not found message on fedex that means its an ICS or Canpar package.

Shipping Fees

All Shipping fees are calculated at checkout. Free shipping over $175 - For Canadian residents only.

Shipping Times

All Canadian orders are shipped with ICS/CANPAR/CANADA POST. Please allow 2-10 business days for item to arrive, as shipping times vary.

All U.S orders are shipped with UPS, which then moves too USPS. Please use the USPS website for the most up to date delivery time. Shipping times can vary. Please allow 2-10 business days for shipping to the U.S.

International orders can take 7-15 business days to arrive this will depend on customs and other processing that take place when shipping an item internationally.

Due to Covid-19, these times may vary.

Due to current high order volume, we will be unable to combine any existing orders.

Damaged Packages?

Send an image of the package to support@hobbiesville.com and we will take a look at the damaged item. If the item is deemed damaged in transit you can ship the item back to us for an exchange or store credit.

Quantity And Order Adjustments

We reserve the right to adjust quantities of products ordered. These decisions will be made on a case by case basis and you will be notified of any changes. This pertains to and is not limited to "Buyouts" and other instances regarding the sale of high demand products. If an order is deemed to be for resale purposes it will also be subject to a potential adjustment.

TCG Tares and Rips

This is a common issue as items are shipped directly to us from Pokemon and other manufactures. This is not a reason for a refund, store credit or exchange.

Pre Order Cancellations

Cancellation of Pre-Orders will incur a 10% Processing Fee. No exceptions will be made.

Returns/Refunds

At this time, we do not accept returns on TCG products. For all other items, you can return them back, unopened for a store credit. The shipping charge will be up to the customer to pay.

Order Cancellations

This applies to non pre order items. If you are looking to cancel your PRE ORDER please visit the pre order page. For order cancellations we cannot offer a refund at this time. If you would like to cancel your order, you will receive store credit towards a future purchase.

Exchanges

We will gladly accept exchanges on unopened products within 14 days of purchase. Products must be accompanied by a receipt and can be exchanged for anything in the store or returned for store credit. If the value of the exchange exceeds that of the item being returned, you will be required to pay the difference and if the value is less than the item being returned, you will be issued the difference in store credit. We do not offer refunds.

Store Credit

Store credit is issued to an account under the recipient's name. Store credit can only be redeemed by the person associated with the account. Store credit is not transferable.

Missing Pieces

If a game you purchased from us has missing or damaged components, please contact the game's publisher for replacements. Most publishers have a contact page and will be able to ship you replacement pieces free of charge. If you need help getting in touch with a publisher, please let us know and we can direct you to the appropriate contact.

Damaged Products

If you receive a damaged product, you are required to notify us by email at info@hobbiesville.com within 24 hours of the product being delivered.

Sealed Product

Due to the way the sealed product are shipped to us, some product may present imperfections from shipping such as, but not limited to:

We inspect all product to make sure the packs themselves have not experienced any damage to them, and that the issues with the sealed product are purely cosmetic. We make no guarantee that the sealed product you receive will be free of any cosmetic imperfections.

Hobbiesville was founded in 2020 by our owner Logan. After going through an old collection of Pokemon cards he decided to start a small shop originally called Redtrainer. Here he sold a few booster boxes as well as other Pokemon products to help get the business off the ground.

The support for our tiny online retail shop quickly grew and we started to carry products outside of just Pokemon including Funko Pop, Upper deck and many other great hobby brands. This then lead us to opening a physical location in Kemptville not only to house our new products, but also to sell them in person! We are currently looking at a second location in Ottawa as well!

Hobbiesville had a big 2020 being featured in Hypebeast for both our founders story as well as the growth we saw as a company. Since we started we have now added to full time fulfillment staff as well as two part time support staff and we are still continuing to hire to align with our growth as a business!
