Job duties 

  • Greeting customers
  • Responding to questions and giving information to the customers
  • Sharing product knowledge with customers
  • Providing recommendations to customers
  • Managing financial transactions and processing payments
  • Preparing merchandise and designing displays
  • Maintaining a clean and tidy space
  • Assisting with inventory
  • Handling refunds and returns
  • Processing newly received shipments
  • Creating a positive customer experience and work environment
  • Processing in store pick ups and requesting inventory from warehouse
  • Shopify admin knowledge a plus

Ottawa Warehouse - Fulfillment

Job duties 

  • Processing online orders in a high volume environment
  • Accurately pick and pack items from inventory based on customer orders, ensuring product quality and adherence to packaging standards
  • Receive and put away inventory
  • Keep track of inventory locations
  • Collaborate with team members to optimize order fulfillment processes and meet daily shipping deadlinesMaintain a clean and organized work environment, following safety guidelines and best practices
  • Be able to work on feet during the day & lift items
  • Shopify admin knowledge a plus

Ottawa Warehouse - Customer Care

Job duties 

  • Managing large amounts of inbound calls in a timely manner
  • Managing large amounts of inbound emails in a timely manner
  • Identifying customers’ needs
  • Answers inquiries by clarifying desired information by researching, locating, and providing information
  • Resolves problems by clarifying issues, researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions, implementing solutions, and escalating unresolved problems
  • Work with fulfillment team/store staff at both Toronto and Ottawa location to resolve customer issues
  • Shopify admin knowledge a plus
