The Buylist Specialist is responsible for efficiently processing incoming single cards, ensuring accurate sorting, organization, and timely fulfillment of buylist orders. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, fast-paced, and comfortable working with large volumes of trading cards or similar collectibles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick orders from picking slips with speed and accuracy
• Sort cards by set, condition, and inventory requirements
• Verify card condition and authenticity according to company standards
• Organize and store inventory to maintain an efficient workflow
• Accurately input and update inventory data in internal systems
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily and weekly processing targets
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Identify discrepancies in orders and escalate when necessary

Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy at high speed
• Familiarity with trading cards (e.g., TCGs like Magic: The Gathering, Pokémon, etc.) is an asset
• Ability to quickly learn card sets, conditions, and sorting systems
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Comfortable performing repetitive tasks while maintaining focus
• Basic computer skills for data entry and inventory systems
