Retail Sales Associate – Trading Card Store

Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our trading card store. The ideal candidate has an interest in trading card games, collectibles, or hobby products and enjoys providing excellent customer service. You will assist customers, maintain an organized sales floor, process transactions, and help create a welcoming environment for players and collectors of all experience levels.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide friendly, knowledgeable customer service.
• Assist customers in finding trading cards, accessories, collectibles, and related products.
• Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system and process cash, debit, and credit transactions accurately.
• Restock shelves, organize displays, and maintain a clean, attractive store.
• Receive, price, and merchandise new inventory.
• Answer customer questions about products, releases, and store events.
• Assist with buying, selling, and trading collectible cards in accordance with store policies.
• Support in-store tournaments, trade nights, and community events.
• Monitor inventory levels and report low-stock items.
• Follow store policies regarding loss prevention, security, and customer safety.
