We are seeking an enthusiastic and organized Store Manager to lead our team and deliver an outstanding customer experience.

Position Summary

The Store Manager is responsible for overseeing daily store operations, leading staff, managing inventory, and driving sales performance. The ideal candidate is a motivated leader with strong customer service skills and a passion for retail management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day store operations
• Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise staff
• Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction
• Monitor sales performance and work toward achieving store goals
• Manage inventory levels, ordering, and merchandising
• Maintain store appearance, cleanliness, and safety standards
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns professionally
• Prepare reports and maintain operational records
• Support promotional events and marketing initiatives

Qualifications

• Previous retail management or supervisory experience
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Experience with inventory management and point-of-sale systems
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends as required
• Interest in hobbies, gaming, collectibles, or related products is considered an asset
