Overview:

The Fulfillment Specialist plays a key role in ensuring customer orders are picked, packed, and shipped quickly and accurately. This position supports daily operations by handling trading card inventory as well as board games and toys with care and maintaining a smooth, efficient fulfillment process. It’s a great fit for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick and pack customer orders for single cards, sealed products, and accessories
• Verify order accuracy, including card condition, quantity, and variant (e.g., foil, edition)
• Safely package orders to prevent damage during shipping
• Print shipping labels and prepare shipments for carrier pickup
• Organize and restock inventory to support efficient order fulfillment
• Assist with inventory counts and discrepancy resolution
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace
• Work closely with the Singles and Inventory teams to ensure product availability

Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work efficiently under time constraints and meet daily order targets
• Familiarity with trading cards (e.g., Magic: The Gathering, Pokémon, sports cards) is an asset
• Basic computer skills for order management and shipping systems
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Ability to follow processes and maintain consistency
